New officers and trustees now elected

At the AGM on 17th May new officers were appointed for the key committee roles and other members were also elected as trustees.

The new officers are:

Chair:            Barrie Petterson

Vice Chair:     Maureen Goff

Treasurer:      Keith Oliver

Secretary:      Janet Axworthy

Shirley Davis will serve as Press & Publicity Officer and Sue Jeremy and Peter Vigors-Evans were elected as committee members without portfolio.

New mixed crafts group at Probus

We will start with an Open Day so that as many of you as possible can come and see what’s on offer and make some of your own suggestions. The idea is to either 'do your own thing' or try out some new crafts. We can share ideas and pass on your own expertise and hope to include silk painting, paper craft/greeting cards, box making, ribbon weaving, table decorations, tassel making etc.etc. plus some of your own ideas.

Can anyone make jewellery / do bead work...we would love to have you join us !! See you at the Open Day!!
