How we work
Minutes of Committee meetings are a record of decisions taken.
Initially, they are written in draft form, and only become ‘correct’ once
ratified at the following committee meeting. The reason for this is because
mistakes might occur in typing (for example, writing ‘now’ instead of ‘not’) or
an error in the recording. Therefore, minutes will be published on the website
after approval by the Committee, and signed as correct by the Chairman.
Should any amendments be made they will be indicated below the minutes.
