No matter how many courses you complete, they cannot cover everything you might want to do when you are actually using your computer. And even if they did, unless you use the new knowledge straight away, you may well have forgotten by the time you need it!

That's where our Support Programme may be able to help. We can't promise to have the answers to everything you may want to do with emails, surfing, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations etc., but there's a good chance that one of us has done it before, or knows where to find out how. We'll use our pooled knowledge to try to put you on the right track.

Complete the form below to tell us what you want to do and we'll get back to you by email to let you know if our e-Mentoring Panel can help. If we can't, we'll tell you. Don't be afraid that you might be asking a silly question - if you don't know the answer, it isn't.

If we get similar questions more than once, we'll create a Frequently Asked Questions section for future reference.

Use OpenOffice.org

Incidentally, if you would like to try word processing, spreadsheets or creating presentations, but don't want to pay for Microsoft's Word, Excel and Powerpoint, you can download a set of programs which have very similar functionality, but are 100% FREE. Click on the OpenOffice logo for more information

Please complete all the sections in the form or you won't be able to submit it. Naturally, help is only available to our members. The final box is to prevent automatic spamming and must be completed.
